I’m going to try, I promise, and KitClan isn’t going on hiatus… it’s just really slow until I get something worked out, I guess. I’m not even on to reply to emails or PMs or anything right now, since I really just don’t feel like sitting at the computer all day long, but I thought I would tell you I’m going to try and I haven’t completely forgotten you. My life is really just out of whack right now.

I did get and read SkyClan’s Destiny, in case you were curious, and I’m sad to say that I was kind of disappointed with it. I was really excited and hoped it would give me lots of inspiration for KC, since I loved Bluestar’s Prophecy (the last Super Edition) so much, but instead it kind of made what little inspiration I had plummet. It just wasn’t interesting for me, and I felt there was no spark in the plot or the characters.

Anyways, I’m going to go now. I’ll try to be on soon to update

I have nothing interesting to say lately… we have guests at our house now, and I’ve kind of been sitting around and not doing much. My schedule is eat, sleep, play Pokemon: HeartGold, watch Chuck, and… well, that’s it, other than go outside a lot. I told you I was boring Even my diary entries are getting short, since I don’t have anything to really talk about. All I do is count the number of days until my birthday, which is Sunday (!!!). Currently only one person is coming to my birthday party, since I fail at friends, and I’m going to invite another friend to come right after I post “Add” for this entry.

Okay, okay, so I know that nothing is really happening at KitClan and it’s very boring, but I thought I would let you know that I’m feeling really burnt out and stressed right now. I feel like I’ve been hard at work with KitClan for… well… a super long time, you know? And it’s hard for me to keep it up when all this creative energy is just all gooey and mucky right now from being sapped out for too long. I swear I won’t be going into any hiatus or anything (since we all know how those work out ), but things will be a little slow for a while, mainly for this coming week, so that I can hopefully get that energy back. I think SkyClan’s Destiny has come out, and I preordered it from Amazon months ago, so once I get that and read it it’ll probably help my mental energy flare up again. Anyways, this update is to let you know that I *am* here every day, but I’m going to be taking it slow since I feel really sick from the stress. After my birthday (August 8) with luck I’ll probably be perky and ready to go again, so please bear with me through a boring week, m’kay?

Let’s get the short updates out of the way. The Plot has been working out well so far, and the four positions have now been taken, plus I added a new comments thing since we already had 41 comments Since Cosmickit and Cosmokit both apparently died, I finally made the “StarClan Allegiances” which you can find on the RPG main page, and deleted them from their respective Clans. I also noticed that five days or so ago Sageleaf.me, a domain I had bought for dear Sagey for the old domain raffle, was officially opened. Sageleaf.me is pretty much Sage’s KitClan portfolio-blog-thing where she muses over recent KitClan happenings and posts cool things. Add that to your stalk list, everyone!

Out of interest, I’d like to say that there is a “holiday” for me tomorrow; I doubt anyone knows this, really, but recently (as of near the beginning of this year), I decided to convert to Wicca, which I am no expert on by far but I am eagerly learning much about it, and it’s really working for me right now. Anyways, Lughnasadh (also known as Lammas) is occuring tomorrow for those who live in the Northern Hemisphere (I believe that in the Southern Hemisphere, Wiccans will be celebrating Imbolc), which is pretty exciting and I plan to celebrate somehow by myself. I promise I’m not trying to convert any of you, I just thought some of you might be interested

So, in exciting updates for the day, I can tell you that I have redone the Plot page completely, set with a new prophecy, new positions you can sign up for, and a fresh slate for mini plots and romance. Please check in there, sign up for a position if you’re interested and can follow the guidelines, and tell me what is currently happening to your cats now that they are in the Clans, since most of the stuff there was outdated or didn’t apply since we’re split up now.

I also fixed the Taken Names so the reserved names are finally up, and took all the info from the comments from the before-the-split update that I needed.

Another thing I did was fix the chatboxes, so moderators can do what they’re meant to do and have their mod powers back. The banned words have also been fixed, so you can’t go around saying naughty things

This is the list I’ll be working on for tomorrow, now:

• Rewrite the storyline.
• Start the RP rules from scratch, since it’s going to be much different now.
• Get up new pages for RP (battle moves for mentors/apprentices, herb list, KC warrior code, etc.)

I know you guys are waiting [im]patiently for joins to be open, the Plot page to be updated, yada yada yada, and I’m here to let you know I haven’t forgotten you; I’ve tried taking a break from KitClan after all that drama with the Clan split and work on some other projects. I’m back this week to fix everything up and change a whole load of pages around so that they fit the plot now, and this is on my to-do-very-soon-list:

Those are the things I plan to do in the next couple of days. I would like to ask that if you see me on Chatango, PLEASE DO NOT CHAT WITH ME, since it’s extremely doubtful I’ll have the time to make pleasant chat or come RP with you; I really need to finish this giant list, and having to make small talk with five different people while attempting it can be very irritating, and I don’t get anything done. It’s not that I don’t love talking to my friends, but I’m very busy and stressed out right now

So if you all can wait a little longer, it would be much appreciated. Please don’t rush me, since it just adds to the stress to hear, “I know you’re busy, but can you… update the plot?… reply to my email?… reopen joins?” I know I must sound like a huge female dog right now, and I promise I’m not directing this at anyone in particular; I just want you to know that the more things people add to my list, the less stuff gets done.

Anyways, I have a voice lesson and dentist appointment in a half hour, so I’m not sure how much of my list I’ll have crossed out by the end of today. I’ll try, though, and will hopefully be able to flit around a little bit tonight. Thanks, and buh-bye!

The allegiances and territory pages are all finished, polished, and shiny, and ready for tomorrow’s activities! I also updated the FAQ page, and I would like you guys, when commenting, to think of some kind of generic but interesting question I can answer on there, since it’s so dull right now.

What else: the Taken Names, as some of you know, poofed, and Puma did a wonderful job of cleaning it up for me, so let’s all give her a hand! *claps* Unfortunately, I no longer have a complete list of the reserved kit names, so if you have ALREADY RESERVED ONE, please comment below so I can re-add it. Thank you!

By the way, for those of you who get on only to see the split has occurred and you’re happily looking at the Allegiances, I am aware that some warriors don’t have apprentices, and some have two. The uneven/even numbers made that happen, and once a few ceremonies are held, that should all be cleared up.

And last but not least, one member notified me that KitClan may possibly have a virus? I have no idea whether this is right or not, since I never tried to implant a virus on KC, promise o.o I’ll try and fix this, although I’m not quite sure how to go about it, and if there *is* a virus, I want to add it must be a small one that isn’t harmful, since my spyware protection has never detected it Just thought I would warn you in case you don’t have good malware protection!

I’m feeling rather tired and grumpy right now, so I’m making this short and quick before I can finally go to bed. The split will not occur tomorrow. The split will not occur tomorrow. It’s being postponed to sometime later this week. I’m not sure when, because I haven’t decided; today was my dad’s birthday, and I was on for almost the whole entire day doing the deputy ceremony, instead of spending it with him. So naturally, I’m grumpy. I didn’t even get in a proper shower. I will update later and tell you when the split will be. I am sorry that it is not going to be tomorrow if that time was good for you, but either people were yelling at me for not postponing it or people were yelling at me for possibly postponing it. I can’t make all of you happy. Heck, I’m not even making myself happy right now.

So, Scarletshadow’s Clan has been switched to ShadowClan and Flock’s has been switched to ThunderClan. Icy dear, Scarletshadow is no longer a candidate for deputy in your Clan. Breezey dear, I think you said you already chose, but just letting you know that now Scarlet is a candidate for *your* deputy.

I also found out that my rejecting Roguekit as a kit was a big fat mistake made by yours truly, so Roguekit has been added. Feel free to RP if you haven’t already, Timey!

I am VERY proud to say that the ThunderClan allegiances and the RiverClan allegiances are completely polished off, even with new mentors/apprentices for everyone ThunderClan has one leader (Icystar), a “To Be Decided” deputy (since I don’t know who the deputy is, either ), one medicine cat (Harmonystep), one medicine cat apprentice (Aurorapaw), five warriors, twenty-three apprentices, zero queens, twenty-six kits, and zero elders. All in all, ThunderClan has 57 cats. Wowzers! RiverClan, on the other hand, has one leader (Minnowstar), a “To Be Decided” deputy, one medicine cat (Timestrike), one medicine cat apprentice (Aubepaw), five warriors, fifteen apprentices, one queen (Lightblossom! *squee*), twenty-four kits, and zero elders. All in all, RiverClan has 48 cats. My other priorities right now are finishing the new territory map, making the territory pages, and making the WindClan and ShadowClan allegiances (as well as the Rogue/Loner/Kittypet page, but that should be pretty easy).

You are no longer allowed to switch your cat’s Clan around if you haven’t already, since it will mess up my carefully selected mentor/apprentice stuff.

THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, SO EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY LEADERS, READ! The times have been decided, and I’m really sorry for taking so long to get them to you. Tomorrow the leader ceremonies will take place at 4:00 p.m. GMT, and it is extremely, extremely, extremely important that the leaders try as hard as possible to be on then, as well as the medicine cats. On Tuesday, the time is the same for announcing the deputies, at 4:00 p.m. GMT. It is VITALLY important that the leaders try as hard as possible to be on then as well. And finally, this Wednesday the Clans splitting up is set for 6:00 p.m. GMT. Please, please, please, please, PLEASE, whoever you may be, leader, deputy, medicine cat, or ordinary warrior/apprentice/kit, be on for that! The Clans will have to travel to their new homes and stuff, and it will be really exciting and the most important event in the two years that KitClan has been up! If you aren’t sure what time these events take place, you can use this converter to find out. Leaders, please comment on this update and tell me if you’ll be able to make the said times.

I added Hopekit, Splashkit, Featherkit, Otterkit, Cinnamonkit, Bumblekit, Dapplekit, Cometkit, Monkeykit, Mosskit, Cookiekit, Dawnkit, Seoul, and Soulkit. Hopekit, the part about her mother dying was a little bit confusing, so please read through what I put on her description and tell me if it’s good. Dawnkit and Soulkit, since you are really “old” members and would have been apprentices by now, I added you on top of Birdkit. You will become apprentices the day we split up, but will have to be at the bottom of the apprentice list in your Clans since I don’t know where you were before Everyone, thanks for joining, and a warm welcome is extended to all new members!

The only join I rejected was Roguekit’s. Timey, I really, really think you should go and reread the RP Rules. I accepted your other kits, but this join was blatantly disregarding the rules, and I think you should look over them before you join again

For this week I’m going to try and get up the most important pages we’ll need for RPing, which are the Clan allegiances and the territory pages. The calendar is still available on the info page, and as you can see, there are still two regular ceremonies and a leader ceremony to go; woot! Also, please please please, if you’re going to switch your cat’s Clan, do it now, so that I’ll have an easy time of setting up the allegiances. I’m really excited about the big split, and I hope you all are too!

Okay, end of updates and on to boring-blog-thing. I’m really psyched, because you know what? I’ve found THAT balance in life. Remember how I used to always complain (and how other webmasters always complain) about how I felt too busy to update and I didn’t have enough time for KitClan? Well, I’m very proud to say that I have found THE amazing balance of running a website and “having a life” at the same time. I’m doing everything I want to, and I have plenty of time for it, which makes me really happy. Updating every other day seems to be working really well for me, and I have loads of fun when I do it. I have tons of time since I’m not forcing myself to work on KC, and I can run around outside, play games, watch movies, take photos, eat (yum!), go to the bathroom, read, write, ride my wagon, and do all sorts of things while still managing an active website. Heck, I even have time to work on other websites (namely my blog, Dinosaurus.nu)! I know this is because of summer, but it feels like a much more peaceful, relaxed summer than last year, and maybe the idea that I’m homeschooling/unschooling in the fall also makes it very serene for me. I feel positive that I’ll be able to keep KitClan up and running while I’m being homeschooled, although I’ll be a little busier, and all of this has a very calming, soothing effect on me. Not feeling stressed is amazing and wonderful, and it makes working on KitClan exactly what it’s supposed to be; fun! When I’m stressed or worried, it becomes work, and that leads to hiatuses, and you know the rest. Right now, though, I feel completely carefree; my email is checked, I RPed today, I checked the PMs on my Chatango, I’ve added everyone, and now I’m finished with this update. Ahhh, such a wonderful feeling. I just wanted to tell you to not worry; I’m not stressed any longer, and that makes KitClan so much fun. I hope it’s feeling fun for you guys, too!

So, I apologize for not updating here for several days; I’ve been doing a bit of work here and there on the website, but it’s mainly the little stuff that I can’t talk much about. I was dreading going through the joins, I admit, but there were actually only a few people to add! Thanks for waiting so patiently to be added, everyone. I love you!

The kits who were added are Brackenkit, Snowkit, Rufflekit, Jasper, Torchkit, and Severedkit. Brackenkit, Snowkit, and Torchkit were added above Birdkit, since they were all old characters whose descriptions were needed. I don’t really have any comments other than that, other than to say thanks for re-joining, Severedkit

By the way; Scarlet, I’m going to delete Rhythmpaw, Sunny, and Pantherkit when we split up into the Clans for my convenience, so don’t feel the need to RP them and know that that’s why they’re still listed on the Members page. Pops, I also got your contact form, and no worries, Pixiepaw has been switched to WindClan. I also updated Sandstone’s description for you, Wishy!

I’ve updated the Plot page so that the Main Plot is current, as well as the Mini Plots/Romance sections, so check that out! The Members page should be totally up to date with positions and descriptions too. I’d like to let everyone know right now that this Wednesday joins are closing. The reason for this is that this Wednesday will be exactly a week from when we split (wowzers; time has gone past quickly!), and right now it’s too hard for me to create the allegiances for each Clan with new kits being added to them every day. So I’ll close them until after we split up. It’ll only be for a week, but make sure any kits you’d like to make soon have been joined before Wednesday so I can devote more time to creating the new pages.

Later today, when more people are on, I’ll be announcing officially to the Clans who the leaders are. I’m pretending the medicine cats told me who the leaders were, although none of them did So if you want to be on for that, you’d better hurry! None of the leaders or med. cats or anything are required to be there, but I do want some cats so that I’m announcing it to *someone*.

Oh, one other thing; I made two miscellaneous banners and put them up for you guys to use if you ever want them. They’re on the new Banners page, which you can get by going to the Goodies. Let me know what you think; they were both kind of spontaneous creations.

Before I go, some of you were irked that I didn’t explain the title clearly enough in the last update, so I’ll explain this one. As some of you probably know, my big dream is to one day write a novel and get it published. I kind of have three main ideas floating around in my head right now, called Adera, Nikala, and Halea for lack of better titles. All feature girls in the 10-12 year age group, and I’ve been trying to get started on one so that I’ll just write and write and write and get the first draft done. Adera is about a girl in a kind of parallel universe sent to another world, Nikala is about a girl who becomes the most feared pirate of the ocean besides her nemesis (who captured her mother and caused her to become a pirate in the first place), and Halea is sort of about time traveling, set to the idea of how we’re supposed to only be the sum of our memories, and a girl meets herself in a complicated way. Anyways, I thought I would let you know that those stories are one thing I’m working on outside of KitClan 8D

I’m very pleased with how KitClan is set up now; I feel it’s getting more and more professional, just like I want it to be, with nice coding and stuff. I also created a 404 error page, so if you do happen to click a broken link, it tells you so and where you can report it. I also made a new thing for comments on the Plot, since the previous one was getting quite lengthy with 48+ comments.

Today I added Renee, Midnightkit, Serenitykit, Paintedkit, Sneezekit, Cosmickit, Cosmokit, Firekit, Memorykit, and Song of the Morning Kestrel (Kestrel). Serenitykit—thanks for getting your description in, and I added you on top of Birdkit since I don’t know where you were on the Members page before, but you *will* be an apprentice by the time we split. Sneezekit—Nikki dear, you called him “Sneezestar” in his description… I can only assume that was a typo Cosmickit—She’s “tall and stalky”? I’m not really sure what you meant; my first thought was “stocky,” but it’s a bit hard for me to imagine a stocky cat running super fast, so I just took out the “stalky” bit. Cosmokit—The twins thing was added to Cosmickit’s description, and I added WindClan to your ancestry, since being Cosmickit’s twin, you ought to have the exact same ancestry as she does Memorykit—In the long run, yes, you will be able to add your own descriptions, but certainly not for a while, since I’m the only person allowed to update at all right now. So for now, no o.o

I also changed Thrushpaw and Ivorypaw’s descriptions. By the way, I loved Ivorypaw’s description, even though it admittedly really freaked me out. She’s so unique and creepy compared to the average cats here; she reminds me of an insane serial killer, with her having no reason at all to even kill cats; there’s not even one good thing about her. So creepy, it’ll probably give me nightmares, but so good

I went through the staff email after several days of doing other stuff, and I have plenty of news. First off, I changed Lunapaw, Thornfrost, and Breezepaw’s descriptions; Breezey, I also got Bluekit’s warrior name, so no worries! Thornfrost is also now a possibility for the ThunderClan deputy, since he will be a warrior in that Clan. Speaking of which, Serenitykit, Brackenkit, and Snowkit still have to give me their descriptions. If you guys don’t, you’ll just be deleted when we split up. To give me their descriptions, just go to the Join page and act as if you are joining, but note at the bottom that it’s you giving me the description. Also, Poppylight, Jay, Pixiekit, Adderkit, Brackenkit, and Snowkit still have to give me their Clan that they plan to join when we split up so that you aren’t deleted off of the Clan allegiances. Leave a comment under this update or PM me with your desired Clan.

That’s all the important news of today, other than I would like to remind you that a warrior/apprentice ceremony is taking place today, and I updated my staff profile in case any of you are interested. It’s rather funny how I’ll get new descriptions for people’s characters, since they’ve grown up and are different now, and then I realize that *I* have to redo my actual staff profile because I’m not exactly that same person anymore! It feel so bizarre.

So, yesterday’s update: I added Robinkit and Soundkit, updated the Taken Names page, updated the Plot page, yada yada yada. There was also an ceremony on Saturday, so to check who your mentor/partner/apprentice is, or if you were in it, check the Members page. I also responded to everyone who entered the domain raffle, since I was feeling generous and decided to buy six domains o.O I’m again too lazy to check my email today, but I’ll check your replies tomorrow.

Er, this is a part of today, actually, but I wanted to remind you all that the medicine cats have recieved their names and StarClan’s choices for leader. Currently no one but the medicine cats know who the leaders are in RP, and it’s going to stay that way save for them telling Lightblossom until a week from now, when they announce it to everyone. There’ll be a bit more on that later, when it draws nearer. Anyways, the medicine cats are now known as Harmonystep, Timestrike, Sandstone, and Tawnyfeather. The leaders have been revealed, and they are: Icystar [currently Icypaw] of ThunderClan, Minnowstar [currently Minnowpaw] of RiverClan, Turtlestar [currently Turtleclaw] of WindClan, and Thunderstar [currently Thunderstrike] of ShadowClan. Icy, Nikki, Turtle, and Breezey, you can begin to think about who you’d like to choose for deputy: the cats you can choose among will be listed on the info page. Remember, YOU CANNOT TELL ANYONE WHO YOU CHOOSE. Seriously, no one. And also, please remember that this is *your cat’s* choice, not really yours. Choose who your cat would choose, not your best friend. I trust you all to do that, and congrats on being leader!

By the way, this might be because I haven’t read the comments for the Plot yet today, in case someone mentioned it, but there are THREE supporters of Lightblossom in her new, stricter way; Wishpaw, Hailpaw, and Orchidkit. Only Wishpaw has done her part at all, which is very irksome, since other people would like to have a position in the Plot. So Hailpaw and Orchidkit, please start playing your part as Lightblossom’s biggest supporters.

Another part of today; I’ll be updating the info page and possibly the Plot page. I’m kind of exhausted from getting up at 5:30 a.m. and RPing for hours, so that’s why I’m acting all lethargic. Rules:
1) You must already have a website that you hand coded [no Webs/other website builder templates]. Layouts that other people made are all right as long as they look neat and orderly, and are credited appropriately.
2) You must be hosted or willing to be hosted by someone/a server who knows what they’re doing, and not by a website such as Webs. If all else fails, I can host you myself and help you with setting up things like a blogging system [I only have experience with FanUpdate], the domain name, and personalized emails.
3) You must have an email that you check regularly.
4) If you have more than one domain name already, you are not allowed to enter, since there are plenty of people out there who can’t afford their own domain name. This raffle is for those people.
5) You have to update your website/blog at least once a week.
6) Any website is accepted in the raffle, but you may have a stronger likelihood of winning a domain if your website is a Warriors fansite (role-play or otherwise); the Warriors fandom is what KitClan is all about, and we need more fansites that actually know what they’re doing and have their very own domains. The raffle will be a random drawing out of the people who have entered by the next update; each person will be assigned a number, and the number of people who entered will be plugged into Random.org’s random number generator. The person whose number is chosen will be the winner. Depending on my mood at the time, I may try again and pick a second winner as well. Dunno yet. I will then contact the winner(s) to learn what domain they want registered; sorry, I won’t be able to contact other participants personally, although the winner(s) will be announced on the next update. The domain names will be registered under my Namecheap account, and then I’ll help you with transferring the domain to your (possibly new) host so it can be used. If you need an email provider for your domain name, I can also give ideas on where to start. The domain name will only be registered for one year, but if at the end of the year you are still updating regularly and are taking good care of it (which you should be ), we can discuss extending the registration.

I don’t really have anything important to say other than joins, but I’d like to encourage everyone to be fairly active these next few days. Why? Tomorrow is a warrior/apprentice ceremony, Monday is when you find out who the leaders will be, and best of all… Lightblossom might be expecting kits. That was the current drama of last night, anyways, but I have to talk to Puma before I decide if she really is pregnant or not. A lot of people seem to feel that no, she should NOT be expecting kits, which I find rather interesting. If you’re one of these people, you should comment and say why she shouldn’t be pregnant, since I feel like debating right now If you have one of the following arguments, though, please see my comebacks for them:

• She’s in KITClan; she shouldn’t have kits! Actually, if she *is* pregnant, she won’t have kits until a month after the Clans split up.
• She’s too young! She only just became a warrior! Well, first let’s look at Ferncloud, the ThunderClan kit machine. She became a warrior and was in the nursery with Dustpelt’s kits the next moon. So therefore, it’s accepted in the books. But that’s a bit of a weak argument, so my real one is that she is at least eighteen moons old (six seasons, a year and a half, whatever you want to say…), and it seems to be commonly accepted in the books that new warriors are generally around twelve moons old. But KitClan cats are actually fairly older for their rank than the old Clan cats were, aren’t they, since when some joined as kits they were six moons old, and others were only two. So my point remains; she is not that young for having kits.
• Should she be pregnant for nine months? I think NOT. Cats’ gestation periods (how long they carry their babies in their belly) are generally 60 to 67 days; in other words, two months. If Lightblossom is pregnant, she’s already been expecting for two weeks out of nine, and with another three weeks until the Clans split, her belly will only actually start getting bigger right when KitClan splits up, and she’ll have roughly a month or less until she has her kits after that. So no, it won’t be some boring, long drawn-out thing.

As you can see above, I *have* done a bit of research to see just how this will go about if she really is expecting kits. But I’m still interested to know why so many people are against it 8D It actually ties in really well with the current plot, too, but I don’t want to keep going on about it, so on to the updates!

I’ve added Moonkit, Rainkit, Piper, Duckkit, and Woodkit to the Members page, and each of you may begin RPing now. Vivaciouskit was not added. For one, I’m really right on the border of saying “no” just because of your name; it just isn’t very warrior cat-ish. What would your warrior name be? Vivaciouspelt? Vivaciousheart? Also, you seemed rather confused on the whole Clan thing; in your description, you seemed to be saying that your mother was an actual SkyClan cat, and your father was an actual Tribe cat, neither of which is possible because both SkyClan and the Tribe are also long gone. Then you said that ShadowClan found you, which really made no sense, because the only Clan here currently is KitClan. If you could reread the storyline (it’s a bit outdated, but still works) and then rejoin, then you can be allowed to RP here. Thanks!

[Boring Update Stuff Here—If You Joined Recently, Read]
This was actually supposed to be posted last night, but then my internet failed, cause it sucks like that. So this is technically last night’s update here. Please welcome Spiritkit, Forsakenkit, Skykit, Sumackit, Faithkit, and Smokekit to the ranks of KitClan! Sumackit/Faithkit/Smokekit (oh, what the heck, I’ll just call you Sumac for now), about the chatbox thing; when we split up into the Clans, there will be a territory page (or possibly pages) with chatboxes marking Clan borders, where you could theoretically talk to cats from other Clans. You’ll be able to sneak to other Clans and stuff to talk to them when role-playing, but it won’t be a friendly, I’m-your-old-KitClan-buddy-so-I’m-just-randomly-talking-to-you kind of a thing, if that makes any sense whatsoever. In other words, you will be able to RP your cats talking to cats from other Clans, but it will be like in the books, where you aren’t *supposed* to have random friendly visits whenever you feel like it. And, of course, you can talk to whoever you want at Gatherings without breaking the warrior code. So not a chatbox for it in the sidebar, but places where you CAN talk on the territory page. Also, about Faithkit—if you end up wanting her to become a medicine cat later, you’ll have to talk to the medicine cat of the Clan you’re going into and see if they’d accept you as their apprentice when we split up. Just in case you DO want her as a medicine cat later One last thing for Sumac; I was a bit confused by why you said Sumackit was a she-CAT, and not a she-KIT—everyone who joins starts out as a kit, so you have to be a she-kit until you become an apprentice. So I put you down as a she-kit anyways.

[IMPORTANT Update Stuff Here—Everyone Read]
Coldkit and Dovekit, I’ve moved you both to right above the people who started joining in February, and I think that’ll be your permanent position now. Your apprentice ceremony will be on July 10, and should technically be sooner, but since Stormkit is no longer set to be an apprentice, I had a nice blank spot there to stick two new cats who hadn’t been on my calendar. So I think that’s that issue cleared up. Next, I want to make sure everyone knows that I have not actually cleared anyone to be another medicine cat. Only Tawnypaw, Harmonypaw, Sandpaw, and Timepaw have that status, and are the only ones allowed to do anything with herbs. I’ve told people that they COULD be medicine cat apprentices if they talk with the medicine cat of the Clan they’re going into and the medicine cat okay-ed it, but even then you won’t be a medicine cat apprentice UNTIL we split up. Medicine cats; if you have already okay-ed someone to be your apprentice later, please tell me so I can mark it down. Thank you! And finally, I just wanted to let you all know that I have a current back-up of the Members page on my computer so that the whole deletion mess won’t happen again. Just thought I’d reassure you x)

[Entertainment For Bored People]
Don’t worry, everyone, I have a lot of random stuff coming off the top of my head today. First, I thought we could discuss what Clan we would ACTUALLY go to, were we cats. For example, my main characters always seems to be obsessed with the water, and usually ends up in RiverClan *cough*Lightblossom*cough*. However, would I actually go to RiverClan if I was a cat? I have to say, I would actually go to ShadowClan. I’m at home among shadows and pine trees (particularly the latter), and I prefer cold to hot, so I would be fine with the cool air. I also have this weird fear of water… not really a fear, but you know how some people fear dying by fire or being buried alive? I kind of have that, but with drowning. Don’t get me wrong, I love to swim, but I don’t like swimming in a lake or ocean much… I have this kind of irrational fear that something will pull me under and I’ll drown. So anyways, ShadowClan would probably be the real Clan I would go into, rather than RiverClan.
Next up—the other night, after I posted the “Seriously Annoyed” update, I was chatting with some luverly KitClanners, and I ended up leading us into a discussion and picture-posting of characters and people we fangirl (or in Squirrely’s case, fanboy) over. I thought I would share this with everyone since I’m that weird. These are the guys I fangirl over (some have a link to a picture): George Cooper from Tamora Pierce’s Song of the Lioness quartet, Rosto the Piper from Tamora Pierce’s Beka Cooper trilogy, Seto Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh (admittedly I’m not up to date on what’s happening in this AT ALL, since I don’t have TV), and Oakheart from Warriors: Bluestar’s Prophecy. Honorable mentions, but not real fan-girlings, are: Will Turner from Pirates of the Caribbean, Tom Riddle (nooo, don’t hurt me!), and Jensen Ackles (the last is a real person, and although I’ve never even seen him act, he’s the closest thing I have to a celebrity crush).
No, I haven’t run out of entertaining things to say yet. I’M GOING TO SEE ECLIPSE TODAY!!! It came out at midnight, and I get to see it at noon 8D That’s Eclipse of the Twilight Saga, by the way. I know that 45% of you will be saying, “EW, TWILIGHT SUCKS!”, 45% of you will be saying, “No way, that’s so cool!”, and 10% will be saying, “Uh… uh… duh… duh… My brain doesn’t recognize what you’re talking about…”. So 55% of you won’t care about the rest of this paragraph, but the other 45% has permission to continue reading. I am going to give you the basic Lighty facts about Twilight now. For starters, I am Team Jacob, which in my book says that if *I* were Bella I would have chosen Jacob, but that I think Edward and Bella should be together anyways. I actually wasn’t Team Jacob until New Moon came out, when I saw how awesome Taylor Lautner is with short hair and how he turns into a GIANT, FLUFFY WOLF. Who doesn’t want a boyfriend who can be your dog at the same time?!?! I didn’t realize how critical this boyfriend-turns-to-dog-factor was until I saw New Moon, which I liked better than Twilight, by the way. Another thing about wolves is that they can stay the way they are until you get to their physical age, but then they can *start aging again*. I have to admit that I’m like Rosalie; I wouldn’t become a vampire if I had the choice, because I wouldn’t want to be immortal. I want to have a normal life where I can have children and watch them grow up and be in my 90s in a rocking chair on the front porch with my husband. So that makes werewolves (or shapeshifters, or WHATEVER) even more awesome. By the way, have I mentioned that they turn into WOLVES yet? Oh wait, I did. Never mind. Anyways, I also am really excited to see Bryce Dallas Howard as Victoria, because although I did like Rachelle Lefevre as Victoria, I love how spunky and down-to-earth Bryce seems. She seems so warm and friendly, and she’s really, really pretty, but in a natural, non-celebrified way. I think Eclipse is going to be amazing, especially the fight scene. Eeek! Only 50 minutes before I leave to go down to the city to watch it!

I think I’ve rambled a lot for now. Anyways, if you’re bored, comment with the Clan you think you would actually be in, a list of people and characters you fangirl/fanboy over, and random things about Twilight (if you like it).

*clears throat* First off, I’ve finished and polished off the four camp pages for each Clan, complete with chatboxes and graphics. Despite my grumpiness, I still feel inclined to share a graphic with you since you’re all such awesome people, so here is the ShadowClan medicine den. I think that the graphics look really nice; I spent a long time looking for the perfect picture for each of them. When making the camps, I was also trying to stay true to the books, so I kept Secrets of the Clans next to me to know where each den was, what it was made of, etc. Obviously some of them I couldn’t match, but then again, after eons of time since the Clans disappeared, it would be weird if they were using the exact same dens o.o;;

I added Coldkit, Dovekit, Wolfkit, Stork, and Eveningkit; Coldkit and Dovekit, I added you above the kits who have joined since joins open, but since we have no idea where you were on the Members page beyond that, I’m leaving you there for now. You will both be apprentices by the time the Clans split, and then your leaders can deal with when you become warriors. I also added Turtlepaw’s new description. So Wolfkit, Stork, and Eveningkit, you can now RP. The Taken Names page has also been updated, along with the Plot page.

Coyotekit and Shadowkit were rejected since they appear to have no regard for rules. They may NOT RP, and if they do, their posts will be deleted and they may be banned. If they feel strongly enough about wanting to be a part of KitClan, they may reread the rules and re-join.

By the way, everyone, I got a PM from someone on Chatango, but I had gone there to create new chatboxes and clicked another link before I realized there was a message waiting for me, and obviously, when I tried to go back Chatango had deleted it since I had already “seen” it. If you sent me a PM and did not get a reply, please send it again so I can read it. Thanks, and sorry about that!

Spot-Mop, I couldn’t find anything about Spottedpaw and Morningkit’s Clans and positions anywhere, so could you please repost that information here? Thanks! And Serenitykit is about to be deleted if she doesn’t give me her description within two days. I was also wondering if anyone knows where Poppy is/when she’s getting back, since she has six characters who would normally be in danger of deletion, and *other* cats are going to the Clans her characters are going to, but she hasn’t posted those Clans yet, so I’m not able to be organized at all, and I’m VERY annoyed and grumpy!

Oh yes, the exciting news I had promised everyone. I’m going to have a domain giveaway for KitClanners very soon. Like, hopefully within the week. I’ll keep you posted on that.

I have to work tomorrow, so I’m not sure when/if I’ll get on. I hope I didn’t forget anything. Bye.
